With over 25 years of experience in the technical and industrial sectors across Central and Eastern Europe, Zbigniew is a seasoned business leader and consultant in sales development and organizational transformation.
Throughout his career, he has held key executive positions in international trading and manufacturing companies, successfully guiding organizations through challenging phases caused by strategic missteps. His hands-on leadership has driven turnarounds in multiple markets including Poland, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia, the Balkans, and Western Europe.
Zbigniew is known for his strategic clarity, operational discipline, and ability to translate complex business goals into measurable results. He combines a results-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective teams and long-term partnerships.
Today, through TS Polska, he supports technology and industrial companies in successfully entering the Polish market, developing distribution networks, and optimizing internal business processes. He also advises on the implementation of digital tools (such as Productive24) that improve efficiency in areas often overlooked by traditional ERP systems, including HR workflows, quality control traceability, and compliance management.
